About

Riley Wilkinson picked up a guitar at twelve and fell for any music that could make him feel something: country, rap, metal, jazz, even show tunes. Those wide-open tastes still run through his writing, shaped by artists like Garth Brooks, Switchfoot, Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park, Queen, Post Malone, Relient K, and NEEDTOBREATHE.

He got his start playing in his church before forming a band with his brothers and closest friends, called Village and later renamed Entice the Mice. Together they played hundreds of shows in dive bars and college halls and toured as far south as Peru.

Now on his own, Riley writes guitar-first, lyric-driven rock drawn from classic and southern rock, blues, and country. He's after songs that hold up and shows worth remembering.
